1. 1Return to Howling Hill: Head back to Howling Hill in the Hernand Highlands and speak with Andrew. After the conversation, follow Duane towards Yann's location.
2. 2Win Three Times at the Arena: Head inside and unequip your weapon through the radial wheel. When unarmed, talk to the host wearing red in the center. You will not be able to talk to him if you are armed.
3. 3Return to Howling Hill with Yann: After the fights, pick up Yann from his cell and head back to Howling Hill together. Back in camp, Yann tells you about an archery tournament for you to join.
