1. 1Raise the Banner Pike at the Siege Armory: Head to the Calphade Siege Armory and join the battle against the Black Bears. Locate the banner slightly southeast of the orange marker, which actually marks where the banner should be placed.
2. 2Raise the Banner at the Gunpowder Mill: Head to the next marker at the Gunpowder Mill. The banner is located just south of the marker among the ruined buildings. Both the banner and the stand have an even heavier amount of enemies, including elites, so be prepared to fight and thin out the hostiles before moving the banner pike to the slot.
3. 3Raise the Banner Pike at Thalwynd: Repeat the same for the final banner at the Thalwynd area north of you, located in an alleyway beside a building. As with the other locations, be prepared for a fight.
