Steps
- Head to Hernand Tavern south of town and beat the guard at Arm Wrestling.
- Give a coin to the Old Beggar outside the tavern to receive a key and 3 inventory slots.
- Open the trapdoor underneath the beggar and investigate the sewer. Help the Noble to receive a letter.
- Help the distressed villagers on the outskirts by cleaning a chimney with a broom from the roof.
- Speak with the child in the green hood and help her retrieve her cat from a rooftop.
- Return the cat and pick up the Shai's Pendant the child leaves behind.
