- 1Travel to the fortress courtyard where Fortain awaits
- 2Engage the Cursed Knight who wields a shield and summons a ghost ally
- 3Watch for heavy attacks and block when possible to reduce damage
- 4Target the knight during opening windows after his combo chains
- 5Use heavy attacks with Tauria's Curved Sword and Nature's Echo ability
- 6Dodge away when the blue ghost knight appears to avoid its melee strikes
- 7Manage stamina and health throughout the fight
- 8Defeat Fortain to complete the quest
Tips
- Use Nature's Echo green skill to duplicate heavy attacks for faster breaks
- Equip Tauria's Curved Sword obtained from Boss #6 – Crowcaller
- Block heavy strikes when possible to survive chip damage
- The ghost knight appears frequently, reducing offensive windows
- One of the more annoying bosses due to constant ghost summoning
- Bring 100+ Grilled Meat for healing during the fight
- No restock opportunity before this boss — conserve healing from previous quest
