- 1Automatically triggered after Hidden Fangs completion cutscene
- 2Defeat Black Bears surrounding the outer bailey of Calphade
- 3Work to reduce Pailune meter to 0% by eliminating enemies
- 4Move around area and engage enemies as they spawn in waves
- 5After meter reaches zero, cutscene shows Black Bears retreating to Pailune Castle
- 6Quest completes — progress to next quest
Tips
- Jackals' Armor Set does NOT work as disguise during combat — you will fight
- Large number of enemies spawn — stay mobile and use area attacks
- No specific boss encounter — pure group combat with meter mechanic
- Positioned between Hidden Fangs and A Thousand Troops as narrative beat
