Objectives

Walkthrough

1. 1Bring approximately 20 Grilled Meat for healing during the battle
2. 2Enter the outpost courtyard where soldiers are gathered
3. 3Wait for Stefan Lanford to finish addressing the troops
4. 4Watch the departure ceremony cutscene
5. 5After cutscene, ascend the stairs in front of you
6. 6Approach your comrades stationed at the hilltop
7. 7Another cutscene triggers, beginning the battle
8. 8Focus on the large shielded enemy — ignore smaller human soldiers
9. 9Use perfectly timed shield parries when the boss attacks
10. 10After parrying, land heavy attack combos while he's vulnerable
11. 11Heal with Grilled Meat if your health drops below 50%
12. 12Repeat parry → combo cycles until the large enemy is defeated

Tips

• Large shielded enemy has substantial health — approximately 10 full combos needed
• Shield parries are essential for vulnerability windows — practice timing
• Light attacks are faster but deal less damage — use after parries for DPS
• Heavy attacks stun the boss if perfectly parried immediately after
• Smaller enemies don't advance the objective — completely ignore them
• Heal preemptively at 60% health to avoid risky situations
• The boss has a jumping sword attack dealing high damage — dodge first
